Gaye Rappaport spent her youth vacationing in Hawaii, and always wanted to capture the island’s fragrance. Years later, after opening her own exclusive women’s boutique in Malibu, California, she succeeded when she created the Kai fragrance and sold it at her boutique.

There was so much demand for the fragrance that she decided to develop the fragrance line as a separate company.

Today, Kai is sold at exclusive boutiques and spas all over the world, with many devotees, including Julia Roberts, Charlize Theron, Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Garner, Naomi Watts and others.

Kai was the very first product line that we chose for our boutique. From opening day in 2003 we have carried the perfume oil. Since then Kai has developed into a complete collection including perfume oil, body lotion, body butter, bubble bath, hair products and deodorant.
