Va Bien began in 1975, when founder Marianne Gerard left her home in France to study in New York. Quickly ingratiating herself to the New York night life, Marianne struggled to find invisible shape wear for her evening gowns. When she met her husband Richard Gimble, son of the creator of the iconic line Image O’Youth, she was also introduced to the lingerie industry. Together the two created Va Bien, and soon became known for their innovative, invisible, designs.

Va bien has been awarded multiple patents for these innovations in undergarment structure. Our customers just love their flattering silhouettes and classic aesthetic.
